Privacy Notice

Fathers’ Rights Matter Foundation

Effective date: 2026-09-23 · Last updated: 2026-09-23

This Privacy Notice describes how FRMF handles information in its membership and public services. It is an operational notice. It does not claim that any particular privacy statute applies to every visitor.

Who we are

Fathers’ Rights Matter Foundation (“FRMF”) operates membership, events, resources, and related public pages. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through /privacy-request.

Use the Privacy Request form. FRMF does not publish a guessed privacy email address on this page.

What information we collect

FRMF collects categories of information needed to operate the service. This is not an exhaustive database inventory.

FRMF does not operate a health-records system. If you voluntarily describe family, legal, or health-adjacent matters in a support form or similar communication, FRMF treats that content as sensitive and does not use it for advertising measurement.

Why we use information

How information is shared

FRMF uses service providers that receive information as needed to perform their services. That is not described as a “sale.” Providers may include hosting and infrastructure, payment and commerce, communications/email, event or video meeting, security/anti-abuse, advertising/measurement, professional advisers, and legal authorities when required. FRMF does not claim that information is never shared with processors.

Meta advertising

FRMF may use Meta Pixel on eligible public marketing pages. It is disabled until a visitor allows advertising measurement. Authenticated members do not receive FRMF Meta Pixel. Designated sensitive pages do not receive Meta Pixel. Global Privacy Control and advertising opt-out suppress Meta advertising tracking. FRMF limits event content sent for advertising measurement and does not intentionally send custody, legal, family, or health meaning through advertising event metadata. Conversions API (CAPI) is currently off. Previously transmitted Meta data cannot be treated as remotely deleted by FRMF.

Cookies and similar technologies

Those FRMF-controlled periods are not Meta’s own retention periods.

GPC and Privacy Choices

Use Privacy Choices to allow or reject advertising measurement. Global Privacy Control, when present, keeps advertising tracking off and prevents opting back in while the signal remains. Email Receive Updates and other communication preferences are separate from advertising measurement.

Data retention

FRMF keeps different categories of information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements, security, and dispute handling. Where an exact technical period exists, it is stated (90-day marketing identifier; 400-day privacy preference). There is no single retention period for every record.

Rights and requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of targeted advertising, withdrawing consent, or appealing certain request decisions. FRMF may voluntarily offer a common request process more broadly. Not every right is legally guaranteed to every person. Requests may require identity verification. FRMF does not promise automatic deletion, including where records must remain for legal or accounting reasons.

Submit requests at /privacy-request. You will receive a request reference. FRMF may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. The operational review target is not a statutory deadline.

U.S. privacy rights

This is a general U.S. privacy-rights section. Applicable rights depend on location, organizational facts, and the law in effect. FRMF does not state that it is exempt from privacy laws. This notice can later identify specific states where a statutory disclosure is required.

International users

FRMF is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations. FRMF uses a conservative global rule: advertising measurement stays off until allowed. That architecture is intended to support later review of requirements in places such as the EU/EEA, the UK, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This notice does not claim compliance with those regimes, adequacy, standard contractual clauses, or any other transfer mechanism.

Children and minors

FRMF services are intended for adults. FRMF does not knowingly send children’s data to Meta.

Security

FRMF uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

FRMF may update this notice. The effective and last-updated dates appear at the top. Material changes may be posted on this page.
