Submit a privacy request. FRMF may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Requests are reviewed as work items; deletion is not automatic and is not a promised statutory deadline.

Use an email address where FRMF can reply. This form does not reveal whether you already have a membership.

Do not include passwords, payment numbers, or court documents you do not want stored. Advertising opt-out is also available on Privacy Choices.
